Epionce Skin Peel Questions
What Exactly Are Chemical Skin Peels?
Chemical peels harness the power of certain ingredients that dissolve dead skin cells and clean out pores. In essence, it’s an incredibly effective way to exfoliate skin and encourage fresh, healthy cells to rise up. Epionce’s chemical peels feature malic acid, salicylic acid and signature botanical ingredients.
What are the Beautifying Benefit of Chemical Peels?
There are plenty of benefits you can see and feel! Think of chemical peels as a mega-booster to your daily at-home skincare regimen. In other words, if you’re seeing radiant and revitalized skin just by cleansing and using a serum and moisturizer, chemical peels will accelerate those results in both the short and long term. An aesthetician or dermatologist will be able to customize your peels to address your most pressing concerns.
Epionce’s chemical peels will address common skin issues like congestion, dullness, and rough texture, while noticeably minimizing the appearance of dark spots, breakouts, redness, wrinkles and fine lines.
Can I Give Myself a Chemical Peel at Home?
There are many skincare products out there labeled as peels that work in a similar way (with exfoliating ingredients), but the potency and concentration of those ingredients will never be as high as professional chemical peels, which are more effective and work more quickly.
How Often Do I Need to Get Chemical Peels?
For optimal results, you should get at least two to six peels spaced a minimum of three weeks apart, depending on your desired skincare goals. If you’re busy, Epionce offers ultra-efficient “lunchtime peels” that are so quick and so gentle you can put on makeup and head out the door right after!
What are the side effects?
The Epionce Peel System provides the same anti-ageing results as some of the strongest chemical peels, but without the downtime or reactions of those peels. You might experience some light flaking or peeling, but you will not experience patches of skin coming off. Some people think that the more the skin peels, the more effective the peel is, but that’s not necessarily true! Your skin does not need to “physically” peel in order to experience the benefit of a chemical peel.
